ANGELA RICHARDSON
PRESIDENT

Angela graduated in German, Economics & Politics at Kingston University, London and landed her first post 2 months later at TV WORLD Magazine.

 

Angela has been entrenched in the TV industry her entire career.  In 1994, she established an international sales arm for a small Munich based company, and a year later was invited by DARO FILM to move to Monaco to distribute their diverse portfolio of content to GERMAN SPEAKING EUROPE and AFRICA. Representing movie catalogues, kids series and feature films, which she acquired for Germany at script stage, Angela travelled the entire English speaking continent of Africa licensing Daro`s content to major broadcasters.

 

In 1998, Telcast Media Group in Munich hired Angela to head up acquisitions and later Global Strategy for a number of it`s daughter companies including: Telcast 3D, Telcast International and Earth TV.  Eventually, Angela became a shareholder in Earth TV after multiplying the annual revenues  and heading up a network of sales agents on 4 continents. Travelling frequently to Asia, the Americas, all of Europe, Africa, Russia, CIS & MENA  Angela gained invaluable experience in the global marketplace. The 2010 World Cup in South Africa is a memorable hilight in her career, as she established a network of cameras around the South African football stadia and created several daily programmes for Super Sport and SABC. 

 

Following her role as Global Director of Feature Films for RedBull Media House in Austria, Angela joined forces with Jake Productions in Monaco and established a Distribution unit under the name of RedHead Global.

REBECCA MCVEIGH
VP DEVELOPMENT 

International EMMY nominee & Royal Television Society Award winner. Rebecca has a wealth of television and online broadcast experience including work as a series producer for BBC, ITV and The Walt Disney Company.  Her credits include Strictly Come Dancing (Dancing with the Stars), The One Show and Blue Peter (the world's longest-running children's programme) as well as award-winning factual entertainment titles such as Gareth Malone's Big Performance. She has developed formats for TV and online platforms and directed branded content campaigns for blue-chip household names. Rebecca leads development and acquisitions for RedHead Global.

Jane Fidler
Director Of global  ACQUISITIONS

Jane Fidler is a South African based broadcast media executive in acquisition, content marketing, sales and business development.  Media and content have been a key focus of her career, she holds a BA (HONS) in Psychology and a BA in Communications, specializing in media studies. Jane is the Director of Global Acquisitions at Redhead Global; her responsibilities extend to acquiring and licensing content from around the globe for a range of TV channels & platforms across English - Speaking Africa. Jane is responsible for strategically sourcing a diverse range of content and identifying additional programming opportunities and partnerships with external global content teams, to help deliver diverse content for our audiences around the globe. Jane participates in all the major international TV and Film markets from Durban and Zanzibar to EFM in Berlin and MIP TV in Cannes.
